  A video of a fresh university student who refused to return her   matriculation   gown after the ceremony has gone viral online. Matriculation is the formal ceremony in which Freshers’ are officially enrolled into the University. There is a designed gown for the occasion and price range depends on the school. Students are allowed to put on the gown to grace the ceremony and after, they are expected to return it back to their respective department In the video circulating online, the young lady refused to return the gown due to the price she paid for the garment.
